- 1964: Attended Naval Wars College in Newport Rhode Island, USA
- 1973: Attended Defense Administration Courses in Montery, California, USA
- Founder and Director of Political Warfare College, Dalat; Navy Deputy Commander; Navy Commander.
- National Medal 5th Class.
- Engineer at United States Navy (Naval Architect). Research on naval weaponries (Naval Surface Center - Dahlgren Virginia).
- 1981-1995: Secretary General of ARVN Veterans United Associations Organization.
- Founder of Vietnamese Navy General Association and First Term Chairman.
